摘 要

本书对安全文化、企业安全文化的概念、特性都做了较为全面的论述，旨在加深人们对安全的理解，接着对我国弘扬和倡导安全文化的时代背景和现状、安全文化和安全管理之间的关联进行探讨分析，本文的最终目的是通过对各种安全文化的总结和分析建设我国企业的安全文化体系，并为后续的建设提供理论支持和依据。

Abstract

The concept and characteristic of enterprise safety culture and the safety culture are made relatively comprehensive discussion, that aims to deepen people's understanding of security, and then as to our country to carry forward and advocating the time background and the present situation of safety culture, discusses and analyzes the relation between safety culture and safety management, the ultimate purpose of this article is to through the summary and analysis all kinds of safety culture in the construction enterprise safety culture system in our country, and provide theoretical support and basis for the subsequent construction.
