摘 要
安全生产标准化建设，就是用科学的方法和手段，提高人的安全意识，创造人的安全环境，规范人的安全行为，使“人—机—环境”实现最佳统一，从而达到最大限度地防止和减少伤亡事故的目的。安全生产标准化体系是新的形势下提高我国安全生产管理水平的重要手段。同时，安全生产标准化体系作为一个新生事物，他的发展过程必定需要接受实际生产的考验，不断的发展、完善。在这个过程中需要我们每个人共同努力，发现安全生产标准化体系在推进过程中的问题并竭力寻找出对策措施。

Abstract
The standardization construction of safety production is employed with scientific methods and means to improve people's safety awareness, to create human security environment, and to guide human safety behaviors, achieving the unity of "man - machine - environment", aiming to realize the purpose of preventing and decreasing casualties to the utmost extent. standardization system of safety production is an important means to improve the level of safety management in China under the new situation. At the same time, the standardization system of safety production,as a new thing, s must take the actual production test so that it can get continuous development and improvement in its develpoment process,during which process,we need everynone effort to figure out the problem occurring in the advancement of standardizartion system of safety production and to find the corresponding measures.
