罩式炉由于具有操作灵活,易于更换产品品种,改变产量,不受产品规格限制,便于分期建设,总投资低等优点,在我国各个钢铁企业倍受青睐。目前我国钢铁企业已从奥地利 EBNER 和德国 LOI 公司分别引进了先进的全氢罩式炉。虽然这些炉子在运行产量较高、退火质量较好,但是在经济高速发展的今天我们应该对罩式炉提出更高的要求,我们应该设计出一种新型的全氢罩式炉具有周期短,生产量大、退火质量高、高效、节能和环保节能达标的显著效果。
随着钢铁行业的迅速发展,为了以后能胜任钢铁行业冷轧的科技人员工作,应涟钢要求,我们将进行冷轧钢卷罩式退火炉设计设计,要求设计一种新型的冷轧钢卷罩式退火炉(全氢罩式退火炉),要求克服原退火炉周期长、产量低、退火质量差、占地面积大等一系列缺点,要求设计的退火炉周期短,生产量大,退火质量高,达到38小时对104吨薄钢板进行再结晶退火及光亮退火,钢卷最高退火温度:750℃,最大炉温:850℃,利用管道高、焦炉混合煤气作为燃料。

Abstact
Because the covering type stove is operated flexibly , apt to change the product variety, change the output, not limited by the product specification , benefit phased construction , the low grade advantage of the gross investment, enjoy great popularization in each iron and steel enterprise of our country. Of our country iron and steel enterprise at present introduce advanced the whole hydrogen putting on type stove respectively from Company, EBNER of Austria and LOI of Germany already. Though stove these in operation output high, anneal quality to be better, should stove put forward high demand to person who put on in economy high-speed today we of development, it has cycle that we should design a kind of new-type the whole hydrogen covering type stove short, amount of production heavy annealing high in quality , high-efficient , between energy-conservation and environmental protection remarkable result that energy-conservation up to standard of. Can be competent at the cold-rolled scientific and technical personnel of steel trade and work for the afterwards with the rapid development of the steel trade, require in conformity with the ripples steel , we will carry on cold-rolledly
